Bestia, a rustic Italian restaurant, is located in the Arts District of downtown LA. From the moment we walked into the industrial-modern rustic space with high ceilings and an open kitchen filled with deliciousness, I was hooked. It was 10 PM, and the restaurant was still attractive, loud and incredibly packed. From the Smoked Mackerel Crostino and delicious (hands-down the best one in LA) Roasted Bone Marrow with spinach gnocchetti to the Dry-Aged Steak and chocolate/salted caramel tart for dessert, everything was done to perfection. Not to mention, the cocktails were impeccable.
