5 Things...

I love finding great websites that inspire me -- which led me to writing this post :D  Life is taking chances and trying new and exciting things.  It’s about following your heart, and not worrying about what people think.  Most importantly, it’s about learning to love who you are and what you have, so here are 5 things to start caring about...

1. Start caring about your own happiness. – Even though this one is hardest for me, I couldn't agree more. Your own happiness comes first - do what makes you happy and everything else will completely fall into place.  Once you're happy and doing what you love, you will be making others around you happy, just by being you.

2. Start caring about your goals and dreams. – What's stopping you from chasing after your goals and dreams? The answer is yourself.  Find what you're passionate about, and set goals you want to accomplish for the future.  Doing what you love will make your life so much more enjoyable. Don’t let others’ opinions, especially yourself stop you from chasing after your dreams.

3. Start caring about your health. – Exercise to be fit, not skinny.  Eat well to live a longer and better life.  Run, bike, do yoga, or walk to give your body the energy it needs to tackle your goals and dreams.  Your health is your life, so exercise and eat well daily.

4. Start caring about all the wonderful things you have right now. – Learn to appreciate the little things in life.  From the good and bad times to the laughter and tears, wake up and remind yourself that Life is beautiful.  Be thankful for all those bad times that have made you stronger and those laughs that brought you memories. 

5. Start caring about this moment we call ‘life.’ – Every experience you’ve gone through in life has led you to this moment right now.  This moment is priceless, and it’s the only moment guaranteed to you.  This moment is your ‘life.’ Live your life to the fullest, and remember to embrace it all with a smile.
