Now that it's officially Fall, the sun sets earlier and the night gets cooler - cozy nights in are the perfect way to end a long day. We all have a crazy schedule and a never-ending-to-do list, but sometimes you just need a relaxing night at home to enjoy the fall season.
Pumpkin spice latte (seriously my favorite thing in the world), an over-sized sweater, and a warm blanket are just a few of my fall essentials for the perfect cozy night in.
Ever have one of those nights where you literally did not want to do anything, but simply relax? Well, I definitely did and a cozy night in was exactly what I needed. For months, my body adjusted to my daily routine - work, gym/hot yoga, and then home. For once, I wanted to reward myself with a Starbucks and went straight home to relax after a long day.
With a stack of magazines or a good book, we all need to remember to relax and enjoy the little things. We often forget to take some time for ourselves to truly escape, so take a deep breath and savor those quiet moments and remember to appreciate your life just as it is...
