Born and raised from Southern California, you don't really know what humidity is, so as you can imagine, we got a reality check. On our first night, we decided to do a dinner and a show with Rhythms of the Night. Aside from the heat, dripping with sweat, and being eaten alive by mosquitoes, the performances were unbelievable with unlimited alcohol and a yummy buffet following the show. By far one of our favorite excursions and a must-do while in Puerto Vallarta.
We had our anniversary dinner at Vista Grill, one the cutest restaurants on top of a hill, and managed to capture a beautiful photo with the sunset over the ocean. Dinner was delicious and I absolutely suggest going there for a gorgeous view of the city. I only wish we had this in Los Angeles!
Although it was a short trip, we relaxed by the pool, drank, ate, explored the city, rented jet skis, and fell in love with Puerto Vallarta. What's up next for our Mexico adventure...Tulum has been on my travel wishlist and I'm hoping to make a trip next year! Has anyone been yet?
XX.
